Mandarin Oriental Doha
We created a line of pastries within Mandarin Oriental’s brand identity, where each piece looks visually distinct but still forms a cohesive collection that aligns with the branding. The challenge was to incorporate different elements of the identity while maintaining clear visual differences between the pastries.
Don Papa Rum x FHN
For this local collaboration, Don Papa Rum, together with a top pastry chef, asked MoldBrothers to create a realistic representation of Papa Isio, a champion of Filipino independence. His portrait, now the brand’s emblem, was transformed into a 3D model and made into a custom mold by us.
Roel Wagenaar – Holy Sweets
Roel wanted to elevate the visual impact of his pralines. The look of the bonbons needed to reflect their key ingredients. We developed twelve unique stamps, each featuring an iconic representation of the corresponding ingredient, to bring his vision to life.
Galette des Rois – The Connaught
The Galette des Rois is a traditional product that reappears in many patisseries during the Epiphany period. Nicolas Rouzaud asked us to develop a tuille mold featuring The Connaught’s logo, giving the galette a distinctive and recognizable character.
Galette des Rois – Claridge’s
The Galette des Rois consists of puff pastry filled with almond paste. For Claridge’s, we created a silicone press mold that imprints the Claridge’s logo onto the puff pastry as it bakes, ensuring a distinct marking and a signature final product.
High Tea Collection by Roger van Damme
Roger van Damme asked us to design his new high tea serving set, with scalability and aesthetics in mind. We developed the three central petit four molds: the Mini Charlotte, Mini Honoré, and Mini Bubble Sphere. This high tea can now be enjoyed at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp and Four Seasons Istanbul.
Teddy Bear – Intercontinental Seoul
Pastry Chef Eric Kalaboke from Intercontinental Seoul asked us to create a realistic mold of their mascot, a teddy bear, to be sold at the hotel. We even replicated the bear’s corduroy texture with precision. In addition to the bear, we also created the base it stands on and the golden Intercontinental medallion around its neck.
The Plaza Logo Cake
The Plaza, one of the most iconic hotels in New York, asked us to translate their logo into a timeless 3D design. Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Clemenceau wanted to showcase The Plaza’s brand identity through their pastry offerings.
Mandarin Oriental Munich
Mandarin Oriental Munich requested a bespoke room amenity for their exclusive guests, inspired by the iconic building in which the hotel is located. Our designers meticulously crafted every detail, delivering a beautiful final result for this project.
