Un nouveau départ plein de passion

More than seven years ago, MoldBrothers started out of a love for creativity and food design. Today, we’re excited to share a new chapter – the re-launch of MoldBrothers Pastry. It’s been a journey filled with inspiration and a deep connection to the world of patisserie.

It all began with a trip to Paris, the city where pastry is more than just food. Walking through the streets, speaking with patissiers, something clicked. We knew right away: MoldBrothers Pastry belonged here.

Back at the drawing table, we were full of ideas. We sketched designs that blended natural elegance with classic shapes. We wanted molds that felt soft, almost velvety, and invited you to create desserts that tell a story – with every detail thoughtfully brought to life.

Together with Roel Wagenaar of HolySweets, we got to work. Molds made by pastry chefs, for pastry chefs. We spent months fine-tuning the samples, making them bigger, sharper, and more detailed until everything was just right. The result? Classic shapes with a touch of romance, designed to make your creations stand out.

Now, with the launch of MoldBrothers Pastry at the end of 2024, we’re incredibly proud. This is our love letter to patisserie – a collection that invites you to dream, create, and share your passion.
